General Questions

You will receive an invoice for every order, regardless of whether you order used or new items. We also deduct VAT openly on used goods, which, in contrast to differential taxation, has the advantage that commercial customers can have the VAT refunded. There is no disadvantage for private customers.

Our used parts also have a condition indicator on the description page. All items that are sold as used or NOS also work.

All product pictures are real, with us you get the pictured item. Every used item is checked and photographed by us.


We work with the payment service providers Paypal, Amazon Pay and Klarna to be able to cover their in-house payment offer and a range of other payment options, for example credit cards (via Paypal) and purchase on account (via Klarna). You can also conveniently pay us in advance.

When integrating the digital payment methods Paypal, Amazon Pay and Klarna, we rely on corresponding integrations provided by the payment service providers themselves. Unfortunately, due to the large number of digital systems integrated in our shop, it can also happen that such an integration does not function correctly in exceptional cases. In this case, the payment will not be completed and will be acknowledged with an error code. If this happens, please let us know - preferably with a short description of how the problem occurred, so that we can correct the error.


We use the shipping service providers DPD and DHL for national deliveries. For international shipments, we also rely on the offers of DHL and UPS for worldwide shipping to ensure fast and reliable shipping.

The delivery time depends heavily on the recipient country. For domestic shipments, almost all shipments are delivered within two working days with DHL and DPD. Depending on the time of order, we usually add one day of processing time. In exceptional cases around public holidays, shipping may take a day longer, as the shipping service providers have been heavily overloaded here in recent years.

When shipping to other European countries, the delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 days, depending on the exact situation in the country. In non-European countries, shipping should usually take a maximum of 2 weeks, but is usually much faster. Here we ship exclusively with UPS and there preferably with express shipping options, if the item is suitable for this.

All parcels shipped by DHL, DPD or UPS are insured and traceable. In the event of damage to a shipment, we require detailed photos of the damage, the outer packaging and the inside of the package in order to be able to claim the damage for you.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email from us with the tracking data to follow your shipment. If this is not the case, please check whether you entered your email correctly when purchasing or whether the email may have ended up in spam.

We ship worldwide to almost all countries with the help of the transport service providers DHL and UPS. The only exceptions are sanctioned countries such as North Korea or the Russian Federation.

In case of damage to the package, we ask you to record the condition of the package with pictures. After checking whether the package contents are also affected by damage, we will quickly work out a satisfactory solution together with you and the shipping service provider.
